Hello! We are Brandi and Austin, and we would like to start out by letting you know just how excited we are about you considering us for prospective parents for your child. We know that the decision that you are faced with is one of the hardest ever, finding the right family for your child. We are hoping that with this letter and photos, this decision will become easier for you. We are hopeful that this letter might offer you some insight to who we are and that you can feel the love that we have to offer your child.

 In our lives there is nothing stronger than the bond a family has with one another. Brandi’s parents have been married for 41 years and my parents have been together for 40 years. That is 81 years of marriage and family training that they have poured into us. What this has taught us, is unconditional love, patience, honesty, communication, and strength in a family. We are very close to our parents and live only 20 minutes away from them. We talk with our parents weekly, and visit them often. We also have a great bond with our siblings and spend a lot of time with them, along with our four nieces and nephews. When it seems like there is no one on your side, family is always there for you.

 We have a strong and confident marriage and we can’t wait for the day that we can bring a child into our family. We are both opening our hearts to this child and want to welcome him or her into our lives. We are looking forward to the full experience of having this child in our lives, from changing diapers to the graduation of college, and everything in between.

We are so excited to begin this journey. After struggling to conceive over the last few years, it didn't take us long to realize that God wanted to give us the amazing privilege of being able to grow our family through adoption. We have embraced the adoption process and know that the perfect match is waiting for us. When it happens, we will give that child a wonderful life filled with love and opportunities.

We are so thankful for the life God has given us. We have a devoted marriage, jobs that we enjoy, and the support of family and friends. You can find comfort in knowing that Brandi plans on being a stay at home mom.  We are ready to complete our family and share our love with a new addition.

We live in a great house which we bought and moved into three years ago. It sits on a 1/2 acre of property, complete with huge trees; a big fenced in back yard where our three puppies love to play and plenty of room for a swing set! Our neighborhood is full of friendly people, young kids and a top-rated school around the corner. Our community hosts family-friendly activities regularly and we have two pools (one adult, one baby), tennis courts accessible anytime.  We have a lake behind our neighborhood where we ride our jet skies, also a private beach down at the river where we can take the family for picnics and gatherings. There will soon be a splash pad for kids and trails for hiking and biking also. We can't wait to introduce everyone to our new addition!

We love to travel. Just in the last 5 years we have been all over Texas. We have been as far West as the Hoover Dam, and as far East as St. Croix. We have family in North Texas that we visit often. We have been several times to Arkansas on four wheeler trips.  We like going to tropical places, and some of our favorite times are in Pensacola Beach. You will see some of the pictures through the book. There are so many things in this world to see and to do, to see it through the eyes of a child would make the experience so much more enjoyable. Brandi’s family has friends in Wales, England that we would like to go and visit. These will be memories that the child will be able to take with them for the rest of their lives.
